How To Measure
Wear the type of socks you’ll wear with your shoes and measure feet in the afternoon (feet typically swell during the day). Distribute weight evenly before measuring.
1. Stand up straight on a hard surface with your heel against the wall.
2. With a soft measuring tape or ruler, measure the heel-to-toe length.
3. Be sure to measure to the longest point of the toes.

Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler, can only approximate your true shoe size. Please also keep in mind the manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.
Make sure you are standing, wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with your new shoes. Using our guide above, convert your cm measurement to your region's shoe size.
If you have a wider foot or a high instep, consider choosing one size up from your usual.
