If a Customer purchases an entry through the Promoter’s website, available at, during the Promotional Period, the Promoter will send the Customer an email confirming their entry on the date of purchase. Another email will be sent on November 26, 2023 notifying the Customer of the outcome of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of ComfySole, which are binding and final in all matters related to this giveaway. ComfySole reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these official rules. |

Criteria |
To take part in the Promotion, the Customer must: • Sign up to the Promoter’s newsletter on the sign up form on the website (available at https://comfysoleau.com/) by providing their contact details within the Promotional Period; • Purchase at least 1x $2 entry • The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with other promotions that the Promoter offers from time to time. • Please note that generic purchases of other products will not enter you into the giveaway. |

Prize |
Winners will receive a pair of Black ComfySole Women's Support Shoes valued at the current sale price of $80. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. | Winner/Non-Winner Notification |
Winners will be notified by email on the 26th of November. They will need to confirm their size and shipping address within 48 hours of the notification. Failure to respond within this time frame or in case of incorrect contact details may result in forfeiture of the prize. All 10 winners first names and initial of last as well as their state will be announced below after they have been notified and confirmed. |
